What should I do if my canvas arrives damaged?
We’re sorry if your artwork arrives damaged and understand how disappointing that can be. If your canvas is damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please email us at info@farmhousehollow.com within seven days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged canvas and its original packaging. Once we receive the photos, we’ll begin processing your replacement. There’s no need to return the damaged item.
Because every canvas is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons other than damage during shipping. However, we promise to address every concern with care and make the process as easy as possible.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to add or remove items. If you would like to purchase an additional item, please place a separate order.
Because each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once production has begun. Refund requests are reviewed individually. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@farmhousehollow.com as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to help.
