Our Promise: Made With Care, Backed by Us

We're a small, made-to-order business — every metal sign and canvas is crafted only after you place your order. Working this way lets us keep our prices fair and our quality high, and it means each piece is made especially for you and your home.

If It Arrives Damaged, We'll Make It Right

We package every order carefully, but shipping doesn't always cooperate. If your sign or canvas shows up damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no cost to you — or refund you in full. Just email a few photos of the damage to info@farmhousehollow.com, and we'll take care of the rest. No hoops, no hassle.

On Returns and Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made when you order, we're generally unable to accept exchanges or cancellations. Damaged and defective items are always covered. For canvases, we're also happy to consider returns within 30 days on a case-by-case basis. Please note that personalized and seasonal items can't be returned.
