FAQs
How do I personalize my sign?

Just type your name, ranch, or text into the "Your Custom Text" box above and pick your size and color. After you order, we email you a digital proof to approve before we craft it — so it comes out exactly how you want.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each sign is made to order, production takes about 3–5 business days, plus shipping transit time. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Free U.S. shipping on every order.

Can these signs be used outdoors?

Yes. Every sign is precision-cut from 16-gauge American steel and finished with a weather-resistant powder coating that resists chipping, scratching, fading, and rust — built to stand strong indoors or out for years.

How do I hang or mount it?

Signs come with pre-drilled holes for simple installation on most surfaces. Mounting hardware isn't included, so you can choose the screws or anchors that best fit your wall, gate, or post.

What sizes and colors are available?

Choose from five heights (12", 18", 24", 30", and 36") and 14 powder-coat color finishes. You can preview the size and color options in the selectors above.

What happens if I enter a PO Box address?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. You’ll need to update to a valid street address before production.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

What's your return policy?

Since each piece is custom-made just for you, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, contact us at info@farmhousemetaldecor.store and we'll make it right with a hassle-free replacement or refund.
